GenArraytion has a large library of oligonucleotide signatures for many human and animal pathogens. Many have been validated against target DNA and near neighbor organisms. Signatures for additional organisms are also available and can be validated on a contract basis.
GenArraytion has developed genotyping assays for many human and animal pathogens using extensive bioinformatic analysis to identify discriminating regions of the genome followed by probe selection and validation for a particular platform.
